Sixteen Thirty Fund is a nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt pursuant to Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, whose mission is to promote social welfare, including, but not limited to, providing public education on and conducting advocacy regarding key policies.

Contributions or gifts to Sixteen Thirty Fund are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRC Section 162(e). Florida: A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR SIXTEEN THIRTY FUND (REGISTRATION NUMBER CH43053) MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING 1-800-435-7352 OR VISITING THEIR WEBSITE WWW.FRESHFROMFLORIDA.COM. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.

Georgia: A full and fair description of the programs and financial statement summary of Sixteen Thirty Fund is available upon request at the address and phone number indicated above.

Maryland: For the cost of copies and postage, registration documents and other information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are available from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401 (410-974-5534).

Mississippi: The official registration and financial information of Sixteen Thirty Fund may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office by calling 1-888-236-6167. Registration by the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement.

New Jersey: INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AT https://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charities/Pages/default.aspx. West Virginia: West Virginia residents may obtain a summary of the registration and financial documents from the Secretary of State, State Capitol, Charleston, WV 25305. Registration does not imply endorsement of Sixteen Thirty Fund by the state.

Wisconsin: A financial statement for the charitable organization disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue, and expenses for the preceding fiscal year will be provided to any person upon request.
